Hap Hedges is a historic restoration consultant based in Mason, Texas. With decades of experience in design, construction, and preservation, Hap is best known for his work restoring historic residential and commercial structures throughout the Hill Country. Formerly leading Hedges Design & Construction, he now focuses on consulting—advising property owners, organizations, and municipalities on restoration planning, preservation strategy, and historically sensitive development. Hap is actively involved in the Mason community and brings deep local knowledge to every project.
